What is between eliminate and overflow? Obedience and preparation.

When God asks us to give up something, it is not about what we are giving up, it is about the willingness and the commitment to do it - obedience. Fasting is the request from us or an invitation from God to be in His presence. If done with the right posture, it is like experiencing Heaven here on earth.

To successfully “eliminate,” takes disciplined obedience; intentionality. God loves and rewards obedience more than the thing you gave up. Why? Because it is an intentional choice.

I’ve decided to live this healthy lifestyle permanently and it is lovely here. Thank you Danitra Blevins, my beautiful sister, for being my accountability partner on this new lifestyle. I love you!😘
