I don’t know if you’ve been like me, but I’ve been on and off the isolation train, sometimes choosing to be on it and other times God placing me there. Lately, I have been feeling a newness in my spirit. It’s like I am starting over and having to rebuild everything. All I once knew is gone, and God is waiting for me to move my feet.
19 See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. Isaiah 43:19
Now I am ready to explore and want to take you with me. You’re invited to join me on this #roadtripjourney! Let’s conquer all the things God said we could conquer. Like true girlfriends, let's support one another.
What do I mean by all of this? Let’s build a community! A community that allows us to share stories and resources. Let’s help one another reach our nearest or most pressing goal. I think we all have something that another person could use. This community will not be one to overwhelm you, but it will be a space to support you, encourage you, hold you accountable, and celebrate you. It is also vital for us to do this because we are all asking God for something, and Jesus said,
19 “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. 20 For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” Matthew 18:19-20
